Sunrise

We had a beautiful Sunrise this morning. December 22, 2012.

Hawk

This hawk hangs around my house all the time and I see him often but today was the first time I was able to get a real good picture of him.  I guess having a 300 mm lens helps.  LOL

Mission San Jose

I bought a new lens for my camera a few weeks ago and I took it to one of my favorite places in San Antonio for taking photos, Mission San Jose.

The above photo was shot with my old lens at the maximum zoom of 200 mm.  The next two shots were taken with the new lens at 300 mm.

Fall at the Ranch

I know it is not like the fall in the northeast states but we do have fall in south Texas and it is still pretty to see the leaves change and the different colors.
