Mission San Jose

Yesterday I went to visit Mission San Jose.  I went because I had bought a new camcorder and wanted to test it out and see how it operated.  It did very well and I am pleased with the results but that is not what I want to talk about.

 

As many times as I have been to Mission San Jose in my lifetime and it has been a bunch, yesterday I found a new place that I had never noticed before.  I have walked by it many times and just never looked at it.  There are two little rooms without a ceiling and one of the rooms has a fireplace and what looks like an oven.  Interesting but I was really interested in the view from the window.  It made a great place to frame a picture of the Church and one of the wells that surround the Mission.  As least I like it and hopefully you will too.
