Flood Update May 29,2013

I made some good progress yesterday.  I am not sure what all I got accomplished but it must have been something.  The place is starting to look a little (very little) bit better.  I got a big stack of old boxes and papers out of the garage and into a dumpster this morning.  I also opened the doors to my computer desk and of course found mud.  I also had the books for the reunion stuff in there and all of the bank statements, receipts, etc. for the reunion is pretty much ruined.  The good news is that the extra checks for my personal account and the reunion account are dry so we can still spend money.

The weathermen are predicting more heavy rains today but so fare we haven’t gotten any.  Hopefully it will all fall to the east and south of San Antonio and it won’t be too heavy.

Well, back to work.
