Walking instead of fishing

I decided to go for a walk this morning instead of feeding the fish.  It is a good thing I didn’t watch the local weather this morning because it started drizzling on me on the way home and it is raining pretty good right now.  We need the rain and I am not so sweet that a little rain will melt me.

I walked up to Scenic Overlook and then done to Paradise Cove.  I am always amazed at some of the shapes of trees around here.

 

The only thing I saw at Paradise Cove was the cattle from the ranch across the river.  They were pretty close to the bank and I sure hope the bank doesn’t cave in with their weight and they end up in the river.

I walked down to the Picnic area and saw this flock of birds up the River.  They were pretty far away and it is hard to hold my little Sony still when I have to zoom in but you can get the idea.
